7/16: Bellydance Cruise "Shimmy On The Hudson"

It's here again... yes the one and only "Shimmy on the Hudson". It's the exclusive Manhattan bellydance performance cruise line of New York City. The night time cruise that sails around Manhattan at night on the Star of Palm Beach cruise line. The two hour cruise includes two floors of dancing, food, drinks, hookah, tarot reading, henna artists and a live bellydance show produced by shimmyheat productions. House dancers are Elektra, Erika Veils and Sahazha. Special Featured dancers also appear on every cruise date. First cruise date scheduled for July 16th. Elektra performs at the new Bruckner Bar & Grill. It's a night of culture, dance, music & food. There is a benefit performance for "Life in the Balance" [a documentary on a revolutionary cancer treatment in America]

The full show will include Pianists, singers(jazz/pop/soul/R&B) , dancers, stand up comedy, guitarist, poets, bellydancing by Elektra and so much more...
Show is from 8pm to 10pm

A bellydance Fundraiser to raise money to care for 3 adopted PURE trees in Prospect Park of NYC.

This is a Show I'm really personally excited about! Why? Because the show will feature a line up of some of NYCs in-demand bellydancers. All Sharing the stage for this benefit.

PURE is dance community that is forever connected to my heart. I was member of PURE since the very beginning. Although now I'm not able to participate with them on their dance journeys, I still dance with them in spirit.

So mark your calendars, I look forward to this exciting night. I hope to see you there.
